Description:
Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated in Loreto Day School Bowbazar on 29th September 2022, as a special assembly. The assembly was staged by the students of class iv. It began with a special tribute to our ‘Father of the Nation.’ The students narrated and enacted three vital incidents from the life of Mahatma Gandhi. The students sang ‘Raghupati Raghav Rajaram’ to pay their tribute. The principal, Ms.P.Bagchi, in her address spoke about the principals of Mahatma Gandhi and the importance of simplicity and the importance of simplicity and non violence.The program ended with everyone singing the ‘Loreto Chrous’.
