Description:
The Inter-House Elocution Competition was organized by the Elocution Club on the 18th of November at 12:45pm in the school concert hall. Being the 75th year of India's Independence, the topics given for the competition were Freedom, Integration, Unity in Diversity, Peace and Harmony. The judges for the event were Ms Mumpy Sen from St.Joseph’s Collegiate School and Ms Hancy Murray from our school. The Elocution Club ensured that all students from classes 6 to 9 participated in the contest. The solo participants were from class 11. The overall winners of the competition was St.Teresa House. It was indeed a good learning experience where the students learnt to maintain silence and order that is required for an event.
